You are not required to provide a recorded statement simply because an insurance adjuster requests one. Insurance companies often begin investigating claims immediately after the collision. Before discussing the details of the incident or your injuries, it is wise to speak with an attorney who can protect your interest. Statements made to an insurance company can be taken out of context or used to minimize the value of your case.
Should I post about the collision on social media?

It is generally best to avoid discussing the collision, your injuries, or recovery on social media while your claim is pending. Even seemingly harmless posts may be misinterpreted or used by an insurance company to challenge your claim.
How much does it cost to hire a personal injury attorney?

Attorney’s fees are calculated as a percentage of the recovery. Case expenses and litigation costs are separate from attorney’s fees and are the client’s responsibility, as provided in the legal agreement. If this is no recovery, you owe no attorney’s fee or case expenses.
